TG JumpScout1 hat Sprungpunkt 3 erreicht und das Tor aktiviert. Nach dem Transfer und der Rekalibrierung der Sensoren wurde das System auf der anderen Seite als Sirius identifiziert, womit wir rund 8,6 Lichtjahre gesprungen sind. Alle Sensoren wurden aktiviert und wir haben derzeit keine Kontakte. Es wird mit der geologischen Untersuchung des Systems begonnen, was aufgrund der Übersichtlichkeit in Sachen Himmelskörpern nicht zu lange dauern sollte.

derzeit die anfrage an eine neue Generation Scouts. Können die die beiden sensoren die unsere Scouts benutzten noch verbessert werden? oder geht da nur, Mehr ist besser?

Bei Geo und Grav ist mehr = besser afaik. Ich warte noch auf die nächste Jump-Effizienz. Dann können wir locker neue Scouts mit eigenen Jump-Drives bauen und Escorten dazu. Oder coole Jump Taskgroups, mit einem Flagschiff was die anderen mitnimmt und als Sensorphalanx dient.
Nebenbei sind die Bifröst fertig. Im Nachhinein eine Sackgassenentwicklung meiner Meinung nach. Aber man lernt ja nie aus.

Warum waren die Bifröst eine Sackgasse? Die können jetzt mit einem scout und zwei scout escort alle Punkte abfliegen. Die neuen Scouts können die Systeme dann komplett scannen.

Weil ich inzwischen finde, das Schiffe mit eigenem Sprung Antrieb oder kleine Squads mit einem Flagschiff samt JD besser sind. Aber immerhin koennen wir sie noch als Sprungbojen benutzen bis wir neue sprungfaehige scouts und escorts haben.

Nachdem die Antriebe der Bifröst zerstört wurden ist der Rest der Taskgruppe alleine zurück zum Sprungpunkt geflogen - schnell war aber klar, dass ohne Sprungschiff keine Rückkehr stattfinden wird - Die Eskorten machten sich daher wieder auf den Weg zurück zur Bifrost, welche derweil mit Reparaturen angefangen hat.

Sensor Data reveals that the alien ship class Gertrude (Ross 128 Aliens #150) is capable of 5426 km/s
Aus unbekanntem Grund blieben diese Schiffe einige Millionen Kilometer entfernt und damit ausser Reichweite der Laser an Bord, haben aber auch selbst nicht das Feuer eröffnet. Der Rest der Taskgruppe konnte sich daher wieder mit der Bifrost treffen und ihr wieder etwas Treibstoff zukommen lassen, womit einer Rückkehr zum Sprungpunkt wieder möglich war.

Die angeschlagene TG fliegt zur Erde, damit man da reparieren kann was geht.
TG jumpscout1 soll dann, wenn sie in JP3 schon durch ist, Jp5 angehen.
Sobald unbekannte, intakte Schiffe auftauchen, abhauen!
Der weilen möchte ich meine Kollegen um Vorschläge bitten wie wir diese ficker jetzt an Stylischten aus dem All blasen. Unsere Zweit größte Werft ist zirka 9kt groß. Kriegen wir damit ein Schiff zusammen das JP4 befrireden kann? (wir bekommen auf jedenfall sehr schnell eine flotte, die werft hat 4 slipway)

Bin ich nicht da.
Das zum Thema Raketen. Mit unseren mickrigen Lasern können wir diesem Gegner leider nichts entgegenwerfen. Die Reichweite ist leider viel zu klein.
Sofern die FEAR nicht bereit ist die Raketenklausel zu streichen können wir auf Entfernung nicht bestehen. Eine Alternative wäre Pickets mit dicker Armor zu bauen, welche unsere bewaffneten Schiffe bis zum Ziel Deckung geben.
Das wäre aber nur die halbe Übung. Wir wissen nicht wie die planetaren Waffensysteme aussehen, oder ob andere Schiffe mit anderen Waffensystemen noch dabei sind.
Vorschlag: Zur Zeit scheinen unsere Schiffe ja außer Reichweite der Raketen zu sein. Wir bauen ein Schiff mit ordentlichen Scannern und stellen es am JP ab. Dort beobachetet es dann vom Weiten die Vorgänge am Ziel.
Bis dahin halten wir uns erstmal aus dem System fern und stellen zur Sicherheit einige Waffenträger im Zweischichtdienst auf unserer Seite des JP ab.

Wieviele Raketen kamen da den an? Mit genug Point Defense Schiffen koennen wir die auch bekaempfen.
Wir koennen jetzt auch CIWS bauen, als schiffs eigene Point Defense.

Achja, evtl sollte mal befohlen werden, dass sich die Bifröst zum Reparieren begibt. War die Bifröst eigentlich alleine gesprungen oder wurde auf die anderen Schiffe nur nicht geschossen? Ich glaube der Kahn ist halt echt zu fett, den sehen die Aliens ja Millionen Kilometer gegen den Wind und daher konnten sie schießen.
Jump-Scouts und Jump-Destroyer mit min. 6000km/s brauchen wir damit wir vor Gertrude wegfliegen könnten.

Wie siehts jetzt mit Vorschlägen für neue Schiffe aus Jungs? Ich hab schon mehrfach einige mögliche Optionen vorgeschlagen wie eine taskgroup aussehen kann. Feedback wäre mal ganz gut, sonst ist die Tech direkt wieder obsolet.
