| | Battle For Europe #6 Registrations Open
World at War is a tournament-style campaign game for the Battlefield 1942 Forgotten
Hope Mod. Unlike a clan ladder or other online tournament, World at War players will
participate in a simulated war, complete with commanding officers, divisions, ranks,
medals, and a grand strategy map showing the progress of the war from week to week.
Think of it as a cross between a strategy board game and a first-person shooter, where
you can immerse yourself in realistic WW2 environments and strategy.
How BFE-World at War works:
Players randomly get assigned to an army (Allied or Axis) and be assigned to one of
that army's divisions. Currently each army has one division. If we get more players,
each army will have two divisions e.g. Axis will have a German and Japanese division.
Each army will have a commanding officer whose job it is to make strategic decisions on
where his divisions will fight, and once or twice a week the divisions will fight
battles with the opposing army on maps representing the territory being fought for. The
progress of the war is displayed on a strategy map where territories change colour
based on which army controls them. The maps that are played upon are edited by a
Map-council to suit the needs of the BFE-community. Besides some official Forgotten
Hope and EA-maps, there are a lot of excellent quality custom maps.
The tournament incorporates a real life command structure with Generals, Colonels,
Captains and more. Work your way up through the ranks by demonstrating your in-game
abilities and your leadership qualities. Join a division of close-knit players who all
have the same goal, to enjoy a competitive, team-oriented environment. If you are
looking for a bracket-style tournament, look elsewhere, because this is war!
These battles are not just little one hour clan matches. They're full-fledged
coordinated by means of Teamspeak BATTLES, each lasting 12 hours, with 25vs25 – 32vs32
players, during which time players may come and go, so that you may play as much or as
little as you please. This really brings out the best of Battlefield 1942.
Also training and fighting in wars with some of the best BF players around the world
will definitely make you a better BF player and will give a new dimension of playing to
Battlefield 1942. Playing the Forgotten Hope increases the intensity of the BFE-WaW
wars, and once you have participated in one of those, you will never want to play on a
public server again.

So leutz, also alle mal anmelden wenn ihr bock dazu habt. wenn ihr probleme mit dem englisch habt, hier noch mal eine kurzerklärung für BFE:
also, BFE ist eines der grössten und weltweiten Battlefield Tunier, wobei wir dieses jahr auf FH (Forgotten Hope) umgestiegen sind. Das Tunier läuft folgenermaßen ab:
Man meldet sich mit seinem gewünschten account auf der hauptseite (http://bf1942.battleforeurope.com/ ) an. Da dieses Tunier auf dem Prinzip von WWII funktioniert gibt es auch hier Axis vs Allies. Man wird aber automatisch einem Team zugewiesen. Im mom gibt es leider "erst" eine divisionen pro seite um zu sehen wieviele leute sich anmelden. sobald wir mehr als 300 member pro seite angemeldet haben, wird eine zweite division eröffnet (im mom haben wir angemeldete 150 member PRO seite bei BFE). Es gibt ca. 2 Battles in der woche. wobei man je nach leistung,teamfähigkeit,führungsqualitäten etc. befördert werden kann. Es wird um Territorien gekämpft wie im WWII auch. Wo man angreift bzw. verteidigen muss entscheiden die beiden höchsten Anführer von den Allies und Axen (sogenannte CinC. Allies CinC ist Avrojet, auch ein deutscher , und Achsen CinC. ist Nazghul).

Zu empfehlen, gerade weil es dieses mal kein pay2play ist.
Habe die letzte Campaign mitgespielt und das rockt.....

Hey,
Ich bin der Allied Commander in Chief bei BFE-WaW.
Das ist wirklich der einzige richtige Weg Battlefield (mit Forgotten Hope) so zu spielen, wie es gespielt werden sollte.
Kommt und macht mit. Es ist wirklich sehr gut und organisation pur. Da gibts keine spinner die auf flugzeuge warten und sonstiges.
