Ich habe gerade mit Andriy, dem Vertreter von Crusaders, der uns auch das Angebot geamcht hat, ausgemacht, das er Crusaders kurz hier im Thread vorstellt, wie sie sich das so vorstellen undso... Da wir ja eigentlich noch nicht wirklich viel über die Crusaders wissen. Aber das sollten wir, bevor wir eine Entscheidung fällen, vor allem Regeln, Pflichten und ähnliches.
Ich hoffe ich bin damit keinem auf den Schlips getreten, aber ich fand die Idee so toll, da habe ich sie gleich umgesetzt. So bin ich halt.

Ab welchem Level würde es denn sinn machen mit euch ins gefecht zu ziehen?...ich nehme mal an, dass ich mit nem Fletcher auf Level 14 da nicht antreten brauche...ausser als kanonenfutter vielleicht...

Hello guys my name is Andriy. I am glad I finally figured out how to register on this forum. Hence I dont speak any german
I met a lot of your members in game. I really liked what I saw. Then I came up to them, and asked if they would like to join Crusaders.
Little bit of info. about Crusaders. We are a multy national fleet, and already have a german (-=GER=-) Squad/Clan in it. Now a fleet can have up to 5 clans. Our record since the Missouri server has opened is: undefeated in 6 month of Fleet vs Fleet contact. We have won 2 Fleet Wars out of 2. And all other scrimidges vs other fleets. Now inside the fleet we have a strong democrocy. We are a family, which means that always no matter the trouble we support each other. All these things about us... segested that we should be picky to our recruits. Since with our record we are the best of the best. So we established first ever on Missouri Server, a Tryout Squad. This squad aloves us and new members to see if we are working together as a team. Now we dont really care about peoples lvls etc. The top thing that we care about is peoples behavior. The probation period in the Tryout squad is 1 month. Enough time to learn all the things about the person that want to be in our family/fleet. The leader (CO) of Tryout Squad is also german, his in game name is assrael. His XO is wayne1311969 from US.
We are looking for well behaved, respectful, and talented people to be part of our family. Now all these qualities I am sure that m.de clan in navyfield has. Thats why I came up and asked them, if they would like to join us. But the biggest quality that made me do that is your teamwork. As you know we already have a german clan and members in The Crusaders. Now in the fleet there could be up to 5 squads. All our spots are full. So what we decided to do in order to let you guys in, is remove GER Squad. To make room for you guys. Since your clan is german, I would like to ask you guys if our GER members would be united with their countryman.
Now little bit more info. about me. Well I live in USA, NY. But I am European by origin (Ukraine). My real name is Andriy, and well I have bin playing NF for 2 years now. My old account is "kozak". I am in top 100 on Arz. server. And I am using "andriy" account on missouri server. I am responcible for tactics in Crusaders Fleet. And am "The General" (Leader [CO] of the fleet is "lyall", and Second in command [XO] is "stonedman") as everything that has to do with battles falls under me. Which is why I decided to ask you guys if you want to be part of our great family since I love the way you guys work as a team.
As you know I mensioned in game and in this post that we have a system of "tryouts". To see how the people that want to be part of our fleet work with us as a team, and how we work with them. Its a mutual interest. Now its a lot more complicated to let the whole clan to be part of your fleet then just 1 person. As you know we both must see how we work together as a team. So i segest for 1 month m.de should be on probation period to see how our teamwork is. I am sure it will be great, as I like your clan already by what I saw. All your members will be needed to register at our forums (address will be posted below) and 2 officers (CO and XO) should be elected to represent you guys at the "Leaders Lounge". Now that forum section can only be seen by administrators/moderators on the forum. So it will be a lot easier to descuss issues and come up with results for them. As it is a lot harder to descuss everything with 100+ people. For the probation/tryout period... your officers will have only members access. But the rest of you guys will have a recruit access. Then after the tryout period is over(1 month), your officers will get moderators (leaders/officers) access. While you guys (all) will get members access. So please register on Crs. forums.
Since our Fleet is multynational we mostly speak English as the way to communicate. So I would like for you guys to do the same when we have fleet activities. To stop the confusion. Like Fleet Wars, Crusaders vs All battles, Harbour Assult Battles, Fleet vs Fleet scrimidges etc. But for everything else you are more then welcome to speak any language you like.
You guys have a great potential, and I really like the way you guys behave. And i would like for this agreement to come through. As to give you more info about our rules, here is something I copy and pasted from "recruiting section" that you can see on our forums:

These are the rules that you need to adhere to when you are a member.
Also these guidlines are supposed to be told to you in game, via a recruiting officer.
Here they are:
1) we are looking only for honest, fair and well respected players
2) no cheating of ANY sort is allowed, that includes hacking, boarder hugging, persistant afk'ing in GB2's to leech exp, and many others.
3) If you have a problem WITH ANYONE, report it to an Officer or Squad leader. Public arguments with indivduals or fleets will not be permitted. Screenshot anything offensive then either just keep quiet or leave the room.
4) we are looking for dedicated and committed members. You should expect more bad times than good times. Helping Fleetmates through the bad times is what brings us together and makes us a "Fleet"
5) Leaving the Fleet should not be taken lightly. We do not have a revolving door policy for our members. We would strongly reccomend that you discuss any problems you have with the leadership before taking any action, as you will likely not be allowed back should you change your mind.
6) Remember that while you wear the Crusaders tag you are a representative of the Fleet. We expect crusaders to lead by example on Missouri. This is to be an example of Honesty, Honour, Fair play, Friendliness and modesty.
7) If your behavior is unacceptable you will be expelled from the fleet. We will not have our reputation spoilt by a few bad apples. If things reach this stage, there will be no arguments, no second thoughts, no third / fourth / fith chances, its over.
You must agree to ALL of the 7 guidlines, if you want to tryout for Crs.
If you pass the 1 month trial you will have the benefits of:
1) participating in training exersices
2) Access to all sections of our forums, before that there no reason you should be doing it. Since your not a full member
3) Participate in Fleet Wars, and other Fleet vs Fleet Battles.

Since we need to know how many people you guys will have. As we are dismissing -=GER=- squad to let you guys in, I would like for those german members to be part of a german clan m.de in Crusaders.
Opps almost forgot Since you guys are all from a different community... all your members that come to navyfield in order to play with you. Still must join the Tryouts Squad (which means squad leaders cant directly recruit). For 1 month period of tryouts. At the end as with all the recruits there will be made a vote for all members (as we all are equal) to make a vote on the person(the vote will include persons application to the fleet, so before a person can join they must make an application). After the vote is made either yes or no (if no, reason must be stated and issue must be debated)the new member chooses the squad of his will at which he should come in. Since you guys are all german, I assume a lot of other german people not from m.de community will want to be part of the german squad. So I need to know if that is fine with you (as same with X -=GER=- members). Same thing goes for your members of m.de from other communities(but this goes in effect only after your clan m.de becomes a full members squad. But before that the vote will be made entirely on the squad and not indeviduals). They too will have to go through Tryouts as to see how they work with the whole family. Peoples behavior is #1 priority to us. Since how they act will reflect us. Our policy is "lead by example". And we dont want any bad apples to ruin it all for the rest of us. I hope you all understand. But as I said, I like a lot of what I saw from you guys. And you will be a great addition to the team. I am looking forward to your answer. If it is a NO, I understand. Please debate this issue as long as you need. Because I want you guys to be 100% ready and agreed on this merge. I dont want to push you guys and rush you to your decision. Its your future, and I would just like for you guys to spend that future with us. As it will be an honor.

Ok, jetzt fängt der Part an, den ich unangenehm finde.
Die wollen die GER Typen bei uns mit reinstecken und da hörts für mich auf. Ich spiele in diesem Squad mit weil hier die ganzen lustigen Typen aus DIESEM Forum drin sind. Man kennt sich, die Leuten schreiben hier im thread, sind Teil der Forencommunity. Die GER Leute sind das nicht. punkt.
Alles andere ist gut, aber der punkt da oben wiegt für mich am schwersten. Bei den Konditionen bin ich dagegen

Ich sehe dabei keinerlei Vorteil. WIe Raptor sagt, die Familie wird zwar größer, aber das nur weil wir adoptiert werden und adoptieren. Das Ganze bringt doch eigentlich nix.
Es mag zwar toll und schön sein in ner großen Fleet zu sein, aber man muss es ja nicht erzwingen, und uns an Pflichten binden, wenn wir auch ohne genausonett weiterspielen können und das im familierärem Kreise.
