Mal eine Sonderedition die richtig gut schmeckt.
Zuerst nach Knoblauch dann leicht nach Zwiebel und danach kommt der Kräutergeschmack. Das ganze durchgehend unterstrichen von einer leichten Butternote.
Das ist das einzige was einem dann nach einer Weile zu viel werden kann.

Ich bin grad in Italien und suche ein Restaurant. Bei Trip Advisor was gefunden und gleich bei der ersten Rezension gibt es eine ellenlange Replik des Besitzers, die ich euch nicht vorenthalten will.
Die Bewertung selbst kam mir zunächst auch etwas sehr meckerig vor. Der Fettsack hat wohl mehr Futter erwartet, das Ganze dann aber doch noch irgendwie human ausgedrückt:
| | Von außen sehr schön gemacht. Der Hinweis auf die vielen Angebote und der Geschmackvoll servierte Prosecco Aporol machte Lust auf mehr. Also Tisch reserviert und 2 Tage später zum Essen. Die tatsächliche Karte war stark eingeschränkt: 7 Vorspeisen, 6 Hauptgänge (davon 2x Suppe, 3 versch. Lasagne), 3 Nachspeisen. Polenta, ca. eine kleine Tasse gestürzt für 4,00¤, eine viertel Paprikaschote mit Hackfleisch 4,50 ¤. No one cares about your degree and give you a work according to it, so (expecially if you have children - you know what I mean) the only way for you is always the same. Doing the same work of your family. We have restaurants from the Sixties.
Everyday we serve pleasant people and rude ones, always with the same attention and care.
Everyday we meet a customer like you, that like many in Italy, probably don't care about the things written on the door and on the menu and on the board (for example, prices!)
Let me explain you how the things works in a bacaro.
First, we are not a restaurant a la carte. We are a bacaro.
Is simply silly enter in a bacaro and pretending to be in a restaurant a la carte. Is like driving a Ford Focus pretending to drive a Porsche.
With this, is not that we are less good as a Porsche. Is just that we definetely are not a super car. We are a simply, familiar car.
Trustable and affordable, and here comes the question.
How did you found the courage to say that the polenta is sold for 4 euro?
Every piece of polenta is always offered for free, we never sold a single piece of it to anyone.
Nope. Neither and expecially to you.
You write that the lasagna was without no salad or "decoration". First of all, I can bet on the bottom of my cat that no one in Italy puts some salad togheter with the lasagna.
And, in case of it, I am also sure that the old ancient spirits of the Great Italian Chef are scratching the coffin in their Graves.
By the way, every day we serve from 40 to 60 persons, and we use a box of 500 grams of salad, 500 grams of mini tomatoes and 2 kg of polenta That ARE ALWAYS GIVEN FOR FREE.
Is also pretty clear that the ceiling of a man is the pavement of another, I tell you this because every day for someone the dishes are too cold and for someone else the dishes are too hot. The only thing I can tell you about your complaint is a secret: EVERYONE uses microwave for heating food - because we make our lasagna during the day in order to serve it FRESH in the evening.
Maybe for you would been better a Hard discount frozen lasagna heated in traditional Owen and served with salad...
... Really, this thing of the salad is making me mad.
Last but not least, I don't have a minimum idea (like you, is clear) of what did you pay 13,00 euro.
In the days That you have been our guests, the only thing costing 13,00 was a lucanica stuffed quaglia of 400gr...
Oh... Here I found your order!
1 mix of 5 cichetti... (our starters!) shared in 6 persons... 6 persons... Usually is suggested for 1 hungry person or 2 medium hungry ones.. We are still asking ourselves how is is possible to share in 6 persons 5 single portions... A great geometrical ability is surely required.
Some lasagna... (without any salad cause we are bad, ugly Italians)... 2 tagliere... (No words about them... Very strange. People are always happy and you don't imagine how people is always taking pictures of our taglieri)... 1 busara soup. Unfoundable in 300 km, but who cares?
The only thing important is making a bad review - in order to spit on the work of a family that has served you with care and love and guess so? When you leaved it was all ok, all SUPER (your words)... Dear sir, why don't tell us something directly inspite of hiding your frustration behind a social platform?!
Please, let me tell you that we are been really deluded from you and so...
