Laut Hersteller steht da 99% UV-Schutz. Was Charon evtl. meint ist dass auch Fensterglas an und für sich schon einen recht hohen UV-Schutz bietet, UV-B kommt schon durch "normales" Glas (bzw. das Glas was heute üblicherweise verbaut wird) nicht durch, UV-A wird ca zur Hälfte durchgelassen afaik, und dass die eigentliche Strahlung welche wir als Wärme empfinden aus dem IR-Bereich kommt. Und da dürften diese Folien auch ihre Stärke ausspielen, aber das ist auf der Herstellerseite wohl mit "Wärmedämmung" gemeint.
UV-Schutz ist natürlich auch wichtig, in dem Zusammenhang aber tatsächlich wohl eher Sekundär, weshalb es bisschen witzig ist dass die UV-Strahlung extra erwähnt wird, obwohl der eigentliche Hauptnutzen aus dem Blocken der IR-Strahlung gezogen wird. Klassisches Marketing

Würde ich auf keinen Fall unterschreiben, dass China eine ganze Menge tut. China hat sich auf Klimaneutralität 2060 committet und baut völlig agnostisch Kohlekraftwerke. PV schön und gut, aber interessant wird es erst, wenn man aufhört, immer mehr CO2 zu emittieren.

Im Prinzip vielleicht, aber wirklich lobenswert ist an der Klimapolitik nichts, daher empfinde ich seastorms Einwürfe (eh Leute, die machen echt viel) als unnötig relativierend. Ansonsten ließe sich auch sagen, dass unter 16 Jahren CDU durchaus eine Menge für den Klimaschutz getan wurde.
